In 2014, Hussein Aladin and Mustafa Noorbhai founded LINQ Research LLC with a shared vision in mind: to shape the future of healthcare through a supportive, informative, and data-driven clinical research environment.
Hussein Aladin
CEO/ Co-Founder
Hussein Aladin is a seasoned clinical research professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. A proud graduate of the University of Houston, he earned his degree in International Business and Communications, graduating Cum Laude. Hussein is also a certified professional through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), holding the esteemed ACRP-CP credential. Throughout his career, Hussein has contributed to the clinical research industry from multiple vantage points—working with sponsors, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), academic institutions, and Site Management Organizations. This breadth of experience has given him a deep, well-rounded perspective on the clinical trial process and a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Known for his integrity, leadership, and strategic insight, Hussein remains deeply committed to advancing research that improves patient outcomes. His passion for innovation and excellence continues to drive his work in the evolving world of clinical research. Outside the office, Hussein enjoys hiking, discovering new culinary spots, and cherishing time with his wife and young son.
Mustafa Noorbhai
CEO/ Co-Founder
Mustafa Noorbhai is a seasoned clinical research professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. He earned his degree in Biology from the University of Houston in 2008 and has since built a diverse and impactful career across various research settings. Mustafa has held key roles at Site Management Organizations as well as prestigious institutions including Baylor College of Medicine and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a wide range of clinical studies, consistently bringing a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to research operations. His experience spans clinical trial management, regulatory compliance, and collaborative research initiatives across therapeutic areas. Outside of his professional work, Mustafa enjoys quality time with his wife and daughter. A lifelong cricket enthusiast, he also finds joy on the pitch whenever he can.
