Dr. Botros Rizk, MD, MA, FACOG, FACS, HCLD, FRCOG, FRCS, is a renowned physician in the field of infertility and reproductive medicine with over three decades of experience. As a pioneer in this specialty, Dr. Rizk earned his medical degree from Cairo University and completed a fellowship at the esteemed Bourn Hall Clinic. His career further flourished when he became a clinical lecturer at Cambridge University, where he worked alongside Nobel Prize winner Robert Edwards and authored 28 textbooks on IVF.
Currently, Dr. Rizk serves as a professor of obstetrics and gynecology and heads the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility department at the University of South Alabama. Additionally, he is the Lab Director at Odessa Regional Medical Center and a faculty member at Texas Tech University in Odessa, TX.
